There is very little Katy hasn’t worked or been around in the food industry for the last 30+ yrs. She was first a cook working in restaurants, catering, executive dining and as a personal chef, a butcher, a cookbook publicist, a food writer, an author “What’s the Matter with Meat?” and hosting a podcast since 2009 on Heritage Radio Network, “What Doesn’t Kill You: Food Industry Insights”. Add to this bevy of experience a Food Tour Guide and WOW, she’s got it all covered!!
You could definitely say Katy has been present for the massive transformation of the food industry in America.
