In honor of pumpkin spice season, we’ve put together a list of 13 drool-worthy pumpkin-flavored delights to try this fall. Use it as your pumpkin spice bucket list or to guide your next foodie adventure. These sweet and savory treats won’t disappoint.

Spiced Pumpkin Loaf Ellie’s Bakery
Pastry chef extraordinaire, Melissa Denmark, is always bakin’ up the best for Ellie’s Bakery and Gracie’s in Providence. The pastry case at Ellie’s Bakery is stocked with all sorts of goodies. The seasonal Spiced Pumpkin Loaf is no exception. It’s a rich, sweet bread topped with a brown butter bourbon cream cheese glaze and candied pecans. Gotta get a slice in our tummies STAT.

Pumpkin Whoopie Pie Cake Donut PVDonuts
It’s pumpkin season at PVDonuts. Their “Basic AF” menu features not one, but eight pumpkin varieties. The pumpkin lineup is: Hazelnut Pumpkin Brown Butter Brioche, Pumpkin White Chocolate Brioche, Gingersnap Pumpkin Milkshake Brioche, Pumpkin Cheesecake Filled Donut, Pumpkin Cannoli Old Fashioned, PSL (Pumpkin Spice Latte) Old Fashioned, Pumpkin Whoopie Pie Cake Donut, and Pumpkin Spice Vegan Donut. That’s a whole lotta pumpkin.
Their Pumpkin Cheesecake Filled Donut may just be the main show stopper. The pumpkin-iest pumpkin donut. But honestly, you can’t go wrong with any of their donuts.
Eat your way through the “Basic AF” menu at PVDonuts until the end of October. PVDonuts is located at 79 Ives Street in Providence, Rhode Island. Their hours are 8 am – 4 pm, Wednesday – Sunday.
Pumpkin Coffee Cabinet Delekta Pharmacy
Delekta Pharmacy is a Rhode Island staple, much like pumpkin is a fall must-have. Their coffee cabinets (or milkshakes, to non-Rhode Islanders) are the best you’ll ever have. This fall, they’re serving up Pumpkin Coffee and Pumpkin Cabinets. We personally tried their Pumpkin Coffee Cabinet and we’d like to have one with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When you go to Delekta’s, you’re getting the best of the best.
Celebrate pumpkin season Lil Rhody style at Delekta’s. Delekta Pharmacy is located at 496 Main Street in Warren, Rhode Island. They are open 8 am – 6 pm, Monday – Friday and 8 am – 4 pm on Saturday.
Pumpkin Pecan Muffin Pastiche Fine Desserts
Pastiche is where it’s at for classic recipes made with the highest quality ingredients. Their Pumpkin Pecan Muffin is no exception. Warm it up, slather it with butter, eat it plain – you can’t go wrong. This is a seasonal favorite, so fill up on Pumpkin Pecan Muffins before they’re gone. We personally like to keep ‘em coming, fresh and warm.

Zucca Grilled Pizza (Pumpkin Pizza!) Siena
Zucca Grilled Pizza features Roasted Sugar Pumpkin, Chestnut Puree, Mozzarella, Mascarpone, Roasted Fig, and Fig Puree. It’s a taste of fall, all year round. It’s all about sweet and savory served up on a perfectly grilled pizza. Every unique ingredient on it screams, YUM!
Siena has three locations – Federal Hill Providence, East Greenwich, and Smithfield. Lucky for all of us, the Zucca Grilled Pizza is available at all three! Each of the locations is wonderful, which can be backed up by the fact that they’ve been voted “Best Restaurant in Rhode Island” by RI Monthly’s Readers’ Poll seven times – most recently in 2017!

Pumpkin Mascarpone Cupcake The Duck & Bunny
The Duck & Bunny is known for many things, but we’ve got to talk about their scrumptious cupcakes. The Pumpkin Mascarpone Cupcake has returned for the season and we couldn’t be happier. It’s everything you could want in a cupcake – moist, flavorful, not too sweet, and not too savory. So yummy!
In addition to the Pumpkin Mascarpone Cupcake, they are also serving up Pumpkin Chai Pie. The Duck & Bunny sure does know how to make the best (and yummiest!) of Pumpkin Season.
Hop on over to The Duck & Bunny, located at 312 Wickenden Street in Providence, Rhode Island. They are open 10 am – 11 pm on Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday; 10 am – midnight on Thursday; and 10 am – 1 am on Friday and Saturday. Closed on Monday.
Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Rolls Mike’s Ice Truck
Mike’s Ice is relatively new to Rhode Island, but they’ve made quite the impression. Their Thai Ice Cream Rolls are bountiful, flavorful, and delightful. The proof is that they won RI Monthly’s Best Ice Cream in Rhode Island just this year. Their Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream Rolls are a fall specialty. They recommend adding caramel and chopped pecans for the perfect fall treat.
Their season ends on October 31, so make sure you track down their ice cream truck for a taste!

Pumpkin (Whoopie!) Pie Sin
Pumpkin Pie and Pumpkin Whoopie Pies are available at Sin. They are Sin-fully delicious! Sin is a coffee shop, dessert bar, and custom cake shop. Stop in during the day for plentiful pastries, espresso drinks, and PUMPKIN! Their Pumpkin Pie will only be available in retail during the third week in October (October 15-21) but their yummy Pumpkin Whoopie Pies with Cream Cheese Frosting are available all month long. Also available throughout the month are Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins!
Stop in at Sin and be tempted by their pumpkin delights! Sin is located at 1413 Westminster Street in Providence, Rhode Island. Their retail hours are 7 am – 6 pm on Monday and Tuesday, 7 am to 10 pm on Wednesday, 7 am – 11 pm on Thursday – Saturday, and 7 am – 9 pm on Sunday.
Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese Rebelle Artisan Bagels
The Rebelle Artisan Bagels storefront was a long-awaited and highly anticipated event for RI foodies. Now that it’s open, their bagels are better than ever! For the fall season, Rebelle has introduced Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese to pair with any of their various bagels. They are also offering Pumpkin Pie Bars with graham cracker crust, roasted Kabocha pumpkin in the filling, and an oat crumb on top. Our mouths are seriously watering – yum!
All of their bagels are hand-rolled and boiled. Everything that can be made in-house is made by their excellent and creative bakers.
(Pumpkin) spice up your breakfast routine at Rebelle Artisan Bagels. Their storefront is located at 110 Doyle Ave in Providence, Rhode Island. Their hours are 7 am – 1:30 pm on Wednesday – Friday and 8 am – 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Pumpkin Cookie Small Point Café
Who doesn’t love a Cookie of the Month? Especially when it’s pumpkin! The Pumpkin Cookie at Small Point Café is soft, cakey, and substantial. It even kinda looks like a mini, cookie-shaped pumpkin!
Small Point is really known for their coffee and espresso. Lucky for all of us, they’re incorporating pumpkin into what they do best. This fall, add pumpkin syrup to your favorite drink! We bet they’ll even add some awesome pumpkin latte art!
Pair your Pumpkin Cookie with a pumpkin latte at Small Point Café, located at 230 Westminster Street in Providence. They are open 7 am – 7:30 pm Monday – Saturday and 8 am – 7:30 pm on Sunday.

Vegan Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Wildflour Vegan Bakery and Juice Bar
Vegans rejoice – Wildflour has your pumpkin needs covered. Their Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Ice Cream is absolutely yummy! Pair it with house-made caramel sauce and whipped cream for a real treat.
Because it’s that time of year, they also have house-made Pumpkin Spice syrup! Add it to your coffee for a fall-time treat. Their house-made syrup is chemical-free and the perfect balance of pumpkin and spice. Add it to your favorite drink and try something new like the Pumpkin Spice Latte with oat milk and cinnamon!

Pumpkin/Squash Shrimp Rosmarin at Vinya Test Kitchen
Rosmarin at Vinya Test Kitchen is always experimenting with new and exciting dishes. The Pumpkin/Squash Shrimp is no exception. It’s not only sophisticated and beautifully plated, it’s light and fresh too!
Rosmarin is a pop-up concept hosted by Vinya Test Kitchen which seats 22. It offers a Swiss-inspired small plate tasting menu and is BYOB. Their menu is seasonal and sources ingredients from local farmers. Plan a small party takeover with your friends for an evening you won’t soon forget.

R.I.P.umpkin Beer Newport Storm Brewery
No pumpkin blog would be complete without pumpkin beer. Newport Storm boasts dozens of brews, including seasonal favorites like R.I.Pumpkin. Their beers can be found on tap throughout Rhode Island and are distributed around RI and Pennsylvania. To find Newport Storm beer near you, click here.
R.I.P.umpkin is made with three pounds of pumpkin per keg to get that true pumpkin flavor. Newport Storm even sourced their spices for this brew from Spice Mill in Wakefield, Rhode Island. It’s a mixture of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, and cloves.
R.I.P.umpkin is available September – December, so be sure to track this one down before it’s gone for the season!
