What is a Rhode Island Red Food Tour?

Our three-hour walking tour is about supporting locally owned and operated eateries, tasting fresh local foods and providing a unique opportunity to explore the evolving culinary landscape of Rhode Island while gaining insight into the architectural and cultural components of Rhode Island’s history.

During our tour you will:

Experience our city through food because food tells the story of a neighborhood’s people, history and culture.
Savor regional and creative foods & drink from at least six locally owned and operated eateries.
Stroll off-the-beaten-path streets of a vibrant historic neighborhood – rarely explored by visitors.
Learn about important historical sites, cultural folklore and colonial architecture.

A one-of-a-kind guided tour for Rhode Island natives and vacationers alike.
